Repetition

I started a post and realized I’ve typed it all before. Giving advice is often a hit and miss and miss and miss endeavor but I do feel strongly about this topic, and I’ll just give it anyway.

Gay, a User’s Manual.

And the short, flippant version, for such tastes:

On the Box in Which Your Gayness Arrived

For what it’s worth.

I don’t want to preach or suggest I’m this bastion of knowledge :-), but this is the advice I have and I do believe it can avoid a lot of heart ache, the sort I've seen too many times. So, seeming preachy and repetition be damned; I'll accept charges.

I took the Cog refresher course. It is good to reread good ideas every so often. :)

My "Gayness" also came with additional CDs. I also took out the "Broadway Musical" plug-in. :-)

Did have a few run-time errors but it was due to the user interface and not the actual programming. In the end I tweked the programming to accept the "Hetro Spouse" which has works, not always well, but I recently added the "full-disclosure" upgrade. Things seem to run more smoothly.

Though, I too, am still waiting for the owners manual for "Homo/Hetro spousal relations". I think it got lost with the "Children - how to raise them" manual. ;)

Kids, don't they basically raise themselves? ;-)

I hate to second guess a joke but one thing about that "on the package" post always made me want to clarify. I bolded and italicized that "use" for a reason. And if it's not clear what I'm talking about, then I'm just being silly.

LMAO!

"package" ....thats so funny! i didn't see it earlier. LOL!

:-) Now I’ve paying the price for vagary. I didn’t mean “package,” in that one sense. I was just worried that “use” would have been mistaken for “have”.

Lol

I don’t work blue :-).

There’s no reason not to be opinionated.

You don’t have to apologize for being such a bastion.

I've always liked your How-to post...it's the most reasonable thing I've seen. It gives the facts, and then says, make your decisions, but with the facts.

Thanks playas(What does your name mean?!! :-))inmar. I just know there’s a danger of overlapping the geographies of high-minded condescension and genuinely helpful, one I hope to avoid. Besides, I really am more or a quaint hut than a bastion :-).

And thank you also mohohawaii. I look forward to reading more of your blog.
